OCTD will provide partnerships with neighboring childcare providers to ensure childcare services for underserved and underprivileged parents attending training at the career center for effective, sustainable, and impactful comprehensive guide to develop the skills set for these individuals at the center: By integrating child care partnerships, we can create a unique career center that not only provides essential career services but also supports the childcare needs of underserved and underprivileged individuals that are attending training with OCTD, thus empowering individuals to achieve their career goals while ensuring their children are well cared for.

Legal Advocacy

Pro Bono Legal Services: Partner with law firms and legal aid organizations to offer free or low-cost legal representation.
Legal Clinics: Regularly scheduled clinics for community members to consult with attorneys on various issues (housing, employment, immigration, etc.).
Know Your Rights Workshops: Educate individuals about their legal rights in areas such as employment, housing, and immigration.
